Aussie retail broker Blueberry said on Tuesday that it has started offering DXtrade to clients after partnering with the trading platform’s provider Devexperts.
The partnership means that clients trading CFDs with the broker can now use DXtrade to do so. Previously, Blueberry only offered clients trading on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
Clients will be able to access the broker’s app on mobile devices as well. The DXtrade platform also comes with TradingView charting, meaning clients can trade directly on those charts.
According to a statement put out by the two companies, the agreement also means that Blueberry can offer the platform to ‘sub-brokers’ using its platform.
What this may mean in practice is that prop trading firms can now partner with Blueberry to use the broker’s technology. The company’s prop arm appears to no longer be linked to its main domain, something that MetaQuotes was forcing brokers to do.
“Our goal is to make trading more accessible to everyone,” said Blueberry CCO Ajak Biar. “By introducing the DXtrade platform, we are expanding the options available to traders, providing them with greater flexibility in how and where they trade. DXtrade offers a comprehensive suite of intuitive trading tools, and we encourage traders to explore its features and benefits.”
