Cyprus-based fintech software house FintechCrafts has deployed Errante Pulse, a fully integrated client environment for the regulated broker Errante, built on the company’s HubPro platform.
Errante Pulse brings market information, education, community, loyalty rewards, and trading tools together inside Errante’s client area, replacing the scattered mix of third-party channels brokers typically rely on to engage clients. The environment is white labelled entirely under the Errante brand and is now live.
The launch reflects a wider shift in how brokers approach client engagement, along with lead generation and reach. Traders increasingly expect education, engagement, and rewards alongside execution, and much of that activity has migrated to platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and social media, outside the broker’s control and attribution. HubPro is designed to bring that activity back inside the broker’s own environment, where engagement, data, and the client relationship remain with the broker.
“Brokers are competing on more than just spreads and execution now. It is not as simple as it was to get by only by having an MT5 and PAMM. So, together with Errante, we are proud to give their traders and fresh traffic a bespoke client experience that really converts,” said Alexander Geralis.
HubPro operates as white-label infrastructure, allowing each broker to brand the advanced ecosystem as their own. FintechCrafts said further broker deployments are planned.
