John Bogue joins ATFX as Director of Institutional Operation

Brokerage group ATFX announced on Monday that it has appointed John Bogue as Director of Institutional Operation.

Bogue joins the company from technology provider TraderTools, which confirmed last week that it had formed a partnership with ATFX, providing the broker with access to its PriceOn risk management and market making solution.

“We are thrilled to welcome John Bogue to our team,” said Joe Li, Chairman at ATFX. “John’s relentless focus on accuracy, clarity, and prioritization of clients and team will be immensely beneficial as we continue expanding our capabilities and services.”

Over 30 years of FX experience

Bogue has close to four decades of experience in foreign exchange markets. He has held trading positions at Investec, HSBC, and UniCredit. He also spent a decade in the prime brokerage division at NatWest.

More recently he has had several stints at Euronext, GCEX, and TraderTools.

Bogue is the latest in a string of senior hires at ATFX. Since the start of the year the brokerage group has hired several senior FXCM alumni, including company founder Drew Niv and the broker’s Chief Commercial Officer Siju Daniel.
