Dun Li joins Scope Markets as Head of Asia

Brokerage executive Dun Li has joined Scope Markets, the retail arm of Rostro Group, as Head of Asia.

He joins the firm from Exinity, the owner of Alpari and FXTM, where he had been since the middle of this year.

Prior to Exinity, Li worked for UK-based brokerage group Hantec Markets for close to a decade.

He worked in sales roles during his time at the firm and was ultimately the broker’s Sales Director for the Asia-Pacific region.

Li has also held roles with the now-defunct ETX Capital and, when it still had an FCA license, Alpari’s UK entity.

Scope Markets has focused heavily on Africa over the last few years. However, the company appears to be making more of a push into Asia.

This week the company announced it had hired Siri Porncharoenrit as Country Manager for Thailand. Porncharoenrit was also at Exinity prior to making the move.
