ACY hires Jordan’s ex-Minister of Labor as Strategic & Brand Advisor for MENA

Brokerage group ACY Securities announced on Monday morning that it has hired Dr Maen Al Qatamin as its new Strategic & Brand Advisor for MENA.

“I hope this partnership leaves a meaningful impact on traders and investors across the region,” said Al Qatamin. “At the heart of everything we do is the belief that education and strategies should serve the goal of building confident, responsible traders.”

Al Qatamin is a Jordanian economist and academic, who has also held several senior positions in the Jordanian government.

He has worked as the Minister of Labor for the Jordanian government and as the Minister of State for Investment Affairs.

On top of that, he has also worked as Director of the Private Office of the Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour.

Al Qatamin is also the Founder of EntreViable, an online platform that promotes entrepreneurship in the Arab world.

ACY Securities operates in the Middle East via an introducing broker agreement with Al Bilad Securities & Investment Company, a Jordanian-regulated financial services firm.

ACY has other licenses in Australia and South Africa, as well as an offshore entity in St Vincent and the Grenadines. The broker also recently acquired an introducer license in Colombia.
