Capital.com brought its global team together for the first time across its eight international offices for a spectacular three-day staff engagement extravaganza—Capital.com Week—held in the vibrant city of Dubai.

This landmark internal event brought together over 650 employees from London to Limassol, Warsaw to Sydney, in a celebration of shared purpose, and in the spirit of collaboration and connectivity. Set against the stunning backdrop of Dubai’s skyline, the week offered a rich mix of strategy, inspiration, collaboration, and unforgettable moments.

Day 1

Day one kicked off with a powerful keynote from Founder Viktor Prokopenya, who took the audience on a journey through Capital.com’s origins, challenges, and triumphs. He laid out the company’s vision for the future, emphasising Capital.com’s evolution, highlighting the need to diversify and innovate to stay ahead of the curve.

The executive team shared key updates on where the company is headed next. Chief Marketing Officer Nikolai Markovnik explored how Capital.com’s positioning will evolve and how the brand connects with and serves clients. Chief Legal Officer Valentina Rzheutskaya walked attendees through the company’s strategic licensing efforts and the new geographies targeted for expansion.

Special Guest: Steven Bartlett

The energy continued with a dynamic Q&A session featuring renowned entrepreneur and podcast host Steven Bartlett, moderated by MENA CEO Tarik Chebib. From company culture and talent acquisition to AI innovation and content strategy, the session sparked big ideas and conversation across the board.

Celebration Under the Stars

The day ended in spectacular style at the Armani Pavilion, where guests enjoyed a night of music, fine dining, and dancing beneath the lights of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountains—a truly unforgettable moment of celebration and connection.

Day 2

Pitch the Boss & Client Voices

The final day featured the hotly anticipated ‘Pitch the Boss’ finale, where team members brought their best ideas to the stage. Team members from the company’s London office, Ebony Uyigue, Kevin Molokwu, Nescerine Touali, and Kumba Bockarie, whose concept, “Building the Most Interactive Price Chart,” wowed the judges and earned them a well-deserved $5,000 prize.

In the Voice of the Client session, Tarik Chebib shared essential insights into client expectations in today’s trading environment—highlighting that speed, adaptability, and user-centric design remain core to success.

Capital.com Week concluded with a dazzling Arabian Nights desert party, complete with live entertainment, a DJ, a cover band, delicious cuisine, and dancing under the stars. It was the perfect grand finale to a week teeming with fun, inspiration and renewed spirits.
