Devexperts launches Devexa solution for wealth managers

Technology provider Devexperts announced on Thursday that it has launched a new solution for wealth management firms.

The new offering is part of the company’s Devexa solution. Devexa is an automated chatbot and virtual assistant that companies can integrate into their website.

The solution can also be integrated into other customer messaging channels, like Telegram, WhatsApp, and Discord.

Although the product has historically been used by brokers, the new offering means that wealth management clients can request different reports and data, which are then pulled up automatically.

For example, a client could send a message asking to see the historical performance of their portfolio or their current asset allocation. Devexa would then send an automatic response with that information.

“Devexa has traditionally focused on supporting brokerages, enhancing their customer support and engagement services,” said Jon Light, Head of OTC Platform at Devexperts. “The addition of these wealth management-focused features is very welcome, demonstrating Devexa’s flexibility and the breadth of her application potential.”
