South Africa-regulated brokerage business NRDX has hired Nicolas Morphitis as its new Chief Revenue Officer.
Morphitis will work from the broker’s main office in Cyprus.
He joins the firm after a brief stint outside of the online trading industry at corporate clothing producer SWAG42.
The new NRDX executive started working in the online trading industry back in 2018 and spent two years at now-defunct brokerage firm Opteck.
During his time at the broker, which was also based in Cyprus, he worked in the marketing and affiliate partnerships team.
After leaving Opteck in 2020, Morphitis had a short stint as Head of Affiliation at broker Instaforex.
He then moved to rival firm HFM and spent over three years as the company’s Regional Head of Business Development.
After leaving the firm in 2023, he went on to join BDSwiss, where he spent just over a year and a half as Global Head of Business Development.
BDSwiss ultimately underwent major financial problems towards the end of last year, which led to a large number of senior executives leaving the company.
NRDX appears to have launched last year and is headed up by CEO Naor Ben Tov.
