TradeInformer understands that Andrew Biggs is joining IG Group to head up the brokerage’s trading division.
Biggs joins the company from liquidity provider Finalto, where he has worked since 2018.
He was made CEO of Finalto Trading in 2024. Prior to that he was the company’s Group Head of Risk and Trading.
IG’s long-time Trading Director, Adam Blemings, left the company at the start of this year, after more than two decades with the firm.
The London-listed broker reported revenue of close to £1.1bn last week for 2025.
The company is also undergoing an internal strategic review, which may see the firm shift its listing from London to the US.
