The UK Director of cryptocurrency brokerage Bitpanda is set to depart the firm.

Pantelis Kotopoulos took up his role with the company in early 2025.

He spent the bulk of his career prior to moving to the crypto broker at gambling companies.

That includes stints at SoftConstruct, EDITEC, and over a decade at Kindred Group, which owns brands like Unibet and 32Red.

Replacing Kotopoulos will be Kevan Edgerton, who has been working with the firm as Global Markets Consultant since the start of 2025.

Edgerton also comes from the iGaming industry and, like Kotopoulos, comes from a marketing background.

He has held senior roles at Austrian iGaming group Interwetten, Tempobet, and Club Riches.

Bitpanda, which has its headquarters in Vienna, has become a popular crypto broker in some European regions.

The company received approval to operate in the UK from the Financial Conduct Authority last February.
