Brokerage executive Michael Going has joined London-based broker Trade Nation as a Premium Client Manager.
Going joins the broker from Lunaro, a new entrant to the market, which rebranded from APM Capital last year.
The new Trade Nation executive has worked in the online trading industry for over a decade.
He initially worked at now-defunct broker ETX Capital as a Sales Trader.
After two years at ETX, Going then moved to IG Group. He spent just over five years at the London-listed group, working in sales and client-facing roles.
Since leaving IG Group in 2022, Going has also held sales roles at LMAX, Capital.com, and Britannia Global Markets.
Trade Nation has been undergoing some changes in the last 18 months.
The company hired ex-IG COO Jon Noble as its CEO. More recently, Kypros Zoumidou, who also held senior roles at IG and was CEO of Capital.com, was brought in as Managing Director of the broker.
Trade Nation is majority owned by entrepreneur Jasper White, with some other executives holding a small number of shares in the business.
