Institutional crypto trading firm Zodia Markets has partnered with Finery Markets, the latter company announced on Wednesday.
The partnership between the two firms will mean Zodia Markets can offer its pricing through Finery Markets’ ECN infrastructure.
In a statement, Finery Markets noted that the crypto trading firm will use its request-for-quote system to offer its pricing to clients.
“By joining the Finery ecosystem, we’re removing the operational and technical barriers that have historically slowed institutional adoption,” said Mark Richardson, Chief Commercial Officer at Zodia Markets.
“We’re making it significantly easier for a wider network of market participants to access our liquidity – securely, efficiently and at scale. This partnership isn’t just about reach, it’s about purposeful access to digital assets that meets the standards of traditional finance and represents a significant step forward in aligning digital asset trading with the expectations of institutional finance.”
Zodia runs an over the counter trading desk in both digital and regular currencies, with same day settlement.
The company is based in London and is majority owned by the venture capital investment arm of banking group Standard Chartered, with crypto firm OSL also a minority shareholder.
