Archax

GCEX Group subsidiary goes live with OTC execution, portfolio solutions, and settlement tools for UK clients, using Archax’s Section 21 approval service to comply with the FCA’s cryptoasset financial promotions regime.

This is the second major acquisition Archax has made in the last six months. It will allow the firm to expand in the US market.

Archax is acquiring the firm so it can operate in the European Union. The deal also gives it permissions to offer clients derivatives trading.
