IronFX partners with Convrs for compliant messaging app comms

Messaging technology provider Convrs announced on Tuesday that it has partnered with retail broker IronFX.

“Our partnership with Convrs is highly relevant as it aligns with the growing trend of integrating conversational AI and chat-based customer engagement solutions,” said an IronFX spokesperson. “Clients prefer real-time personalized interactions and our collaboration with Convrs allows us to enhance our customer service capabilities and improve user experience.”

Convrs has a messaging platform that lets brokers talk to clients across a range of apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger.

Aside from simplicity – brokers can use the one platform to chat across multiple platforms – it means all comms via the platform are compliant with any relevant regulations.

It’s common, for example, for sales reps to chat on their own WhatsApp account with clients, which is almost always non-compliant and can end up causing lots of headaches for brokers down the line.

“One of the common misconceptions among Forex brokers is that using personal messaging app accounts on personal devices to converse with clients is acceptable,” said Convrs Co-Founder Enis Mehmet. “By using business messaging platforms like Convrs, brokers can ensure compliant messaging while safely leveraging the potential of messaging apps for their business. IronFX has done exactly this, and we’re proud to be part of their journey.”
