London-based broker ActivTrades has integrated with compliance technology provider Adclear.
Launched last year, Adclear provides financial services firms with technology that lets them automatically comply their marketing communications, using artificial intelligence. As a result, brokers can bring marketing communications to market much faster and without having to get manual approvals from compliance.
The company has already partnered with several leading brokerages, including Trade Nation, IG-owned Freetrade, and investment platform InvestEngine.

Why are CFD brokers using Adclear?
As Hoti’s comments allude to, most CFD brokers are pushing out hundreds or even thousands of paid and organic pieces of content each month as marketing communications.
For example, Plus500 has run thousands of paid ads on Google alone over the last 30 days.
Each of these should, in theory, be approved by compliance. Because these checks are manual and often secondary to what compliance teams want to be focusing on, getting approvals can be a cumbersome process.
The idea behind Adclear is that you can get these approvals done without the need for manual approval, which removes work from compliance teams and means marketing executives can publish communications faster.
