TeamForce Technologies integrates tech stack with cTrader platform

In a strategic move to expand its ecosystem and further align with the needs of modern brokerages, TeamForce Technologies (TFT) has completed a full integration of its CRM and branded applications with cTrader, one of the industry’s most respected and widely adopted trading platforms.

This integration allows brokers already operating with cTrader to seamlessly connect with TFT’s CRM infrastructure and fully branded mobile applications, streamlining client onboarding, account management, and engagement workflows — all while preserving the broker’s existing trading environment.

A Flexible, Infrastructure-First Approach

Unlike many providers in the brokerage software space, TeamForce does not impose rigid infrastructure or demand platform migration. Instead, its focus is on enhancing what brokers already use by offering deeply integrated yet modular tools that fit into existing workflows.

With the cTrader integration now live, brokers can maintain full control over their trading environment while layering in TFT’s proprietary systems for customer relationship management, back-office visibility, retention automation, and more.

The goal is simple: to make sophisticated brokerage operations easier to manage, without disrupting what’s already working.

What the Integration Enables

The cTrader integration connects directly to TFT’s CRM, enabling a smooth flow of data between trading activity and operational oversight. The system offers:

  • Automated Client Onboarding: Fully digital account creation with built-in KYC/AML verification tools, synchronized with cTrader infrastructure.
  • IB & Affiliate Management: Multi-tier commission structures, real-time tracking, and transparent reporting, all working alongside the cTrader trading backend.
  • AI: AI-driven tools support every stage of client interaction — including AI call transcription, sentiment analysis, multilingual AI translation, smart AI notes, and e-KYC — helping teams reduce manual tasks and improve service precision.
  • Omnichannel: Centralized access to WhatsApp, Telegram, email, VoIP, push notifications, and peer-to-peer calling* (*when using TFT mobile apps), allowing teams to engage clients across multiple channels without switching platforms.
  • Client Zone Functionality: Including deposit/withdrawal modules, document management, ticketing systems, and more — all integrated with the client’s trading account in cTrader.
  • Performance Analytics: Dashboards and reporting tools provide visibility across departments, empowering brokers to make smarter decisions and optimize growth strategies.

Importantly, the integration respects existing cTrader licenses and setups. Brokers retain full control over their trading platform relationships while gaining the ability to connect TFT’s ecosystem directly into their operational stack. No duplication. No platform dependency.

Technology That Adapts to the Broker, Not the Other Way Around

This launch reinforces TeamForce’s position as a truly infrastructure-neutral provider. The company has consistently focused on providing tools that adapt to brokers’ business models — rather than requiring brokers to adapt to the software.

The result is a more resilient, scalable operational model where sales, marketing, retention, compliance, and management teams can work in alignment — all from a single interface, fully aware of what’s happening on the trading side without needing to toggle between fragmented systems.

For Brokers Looking to Scale Without Friction

TeamForce’s modular technology stack is particularly well-suited to brokers aiming to improve their internal processes, enhance client engagement, or launch new branded experiences — all while staying within the frameworks they’ve already built.

With a deep bench of in-house developers, long-term industry relationships, and a growing global client base, TeamForce continues to deliver on its promise of making brokerage infrastructure smarter, faster, and more adaptive.

The cTrader integration is now available for all existing and new clients using the cTrader platform.
