Spotware supercharges trader acquisition with new cTrader Invite capabilities

Spotware, the developer of the multi-asset trading platform cTrader, is pleased to announce a significant enhancement to cTrader Invite, its comprehensive, all-in-one Introducing Broker (IB) toolkit. Designed to optimise IB engagement and substantially improve trader conversion, cTrader Invite is now more deeply integrated into brokers’ referral programs.

This release delivers a transformative enhancement to cTrader Invite by providing full referral-program integration, automated IB registration and streamlined attribution. With real-time synchronisation to brokers’ CRMs, referral statuses and user data are always up-to-date, giving both brokers and IBs complete visibility.

A plug-and-play solution now automatically registers new IBs, removing the need for manual Broker Referral Link setup and simplifying the onboarding process. Meanwhile, traders remain entirely within the cTrader environment with no more confusing redirects to external websites, resulting in a smoother user journey and significantly improved conversion rate.

What is cTrader Invite?

cTrader Invite is an essential tool for IBs and brokers looking to expand their traders’ base. It enables IBs to share personalised invite links and track referral performance with detailed analytics, all within the cTrader platform. The system integrates smoothly with a broker’s CRM via webhooks, automating user registration and referral tracking. IBs simply share their invite links and the platform takes care of the rest making it easier than ever to onboard and monitor new referrals.

Types of invite links

All cTrader invite links include a unique (u) parameter that identifies the partner’s username. This ensures that any trader using the link is attributed to the correct partner. When a trader clicks an invite link and logs in or creates a cTID, they are tagged as your invited trader. The parameter works across all types of cTrader URLs, including cBots, Plugins, Copy Strategies, Signal links and Deeplinks.

Tackling the industry’s referral pain points

IBs play a crucial role in driving trader acquisition in the forex industry. While cTrader Invite is already a robust, built-in solution that empowers partners directly within the trading platform, its full potential is unlocked when seamlessly integrated with the broker’s partner programme. Invite offers a smarter way to address common challenges such as IB registration, Broker Referral Link assignment and accurate trader attribution, reducing complexity and enhancing the user experience.

Without this level of integration, brokers and their partners often encounter referral bottlenecks such as:

  • IBs have to take extra steps to register in the broker’s partner programme, obtain a Broker Referral Link and set it correctly in the trading application.
  • Traditional Broker Referral Links seem to be an outdated mechanism, offering little value to traders beyond attribution.
  • Redirecting traders from the trading platform to the broker’s website for registration and attribution can be confusing for traders and may lead to drop-offs.
  • IBs often face delayed referral statistics and struggle to monitor their attribution progress in one place.
  • The broker CRM may miss information about clients coming from the trading platform.

By solving these challenges, the updated cTrader Invite helps brokers and IBs improve conversion rates, deliver a seamless referral experience and raise the bar for partner programme performance.

“With these latest enhancements, we’ve turned cTrader Invite into a truly frictionless growth engine for brokers and their partners,” said Ilia Iarovitcyn, CEO of Spotware. “By automating the IB onboarding journey and integrating directly with broker CRMs, we’ve removed key barriers to conversion and empowered our clients to scale faster and smarter, all within the trusted cTrader environment.”

Spotware’s solution

When cTrader Invite is integrated with a broker’s partner programme, attribution data is transmitted via webhooks from the cTrader application directly to the broker CRM to register and attribute users. All redundant steps for IBs, such as obtaining a Broker Referral Link and setting it in the application, are eliminated. Partners only need to focus on sharing engaging invite links that lead to trading products; the rest is done automatically for them.

As a result, traders remain within the trading application without confusing redirects. Partners can monitor their real-time referral statistics in cTrader, fully synchronised with the broker CRM. The solution notifies the broker CRM of all newly registered users whose journey began with cTrader.

Key benefits of cTrader Invite

Effortless IB onboarding: Partners can start sharing product-related invite links  immediately – no setup, no Broker Referral Links, no confusion.

Enhanced trader engagement: Invite links are tied directly to trading products, offering stronger calls to action and keeping users within the cTrader platform.

CRM synchronisation: Client data is automatically captured and transmitted to the broker’s CRM, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records.

Higher conversion rates: By removing friction from the referral journey and enabling real-time tracking, brokers can expect improved lead-to-trader conversion metrics. Product-targeted invite links (algos, copy strategies, signal links, etc) drop traders directly into the experience that caught their interest.

Personalised support: Referred traders can maintain direct contact with their partners through profile pages and integrated communication tools building trust, encouraging platform exploration and fostering long-term engagement.

These new capabilities transform cTrader Invite from a helpful add-on into a vital component of modern partner programmes.

Generating and sharing cTrader Invite link

Invite links can be generated in just a few taps using the cTrader Invite tab. They can be customised to promote  cTrader algo products and shared via QR code, clipboard or mobile apps.

With real-time insights, effortless onboarding and built-in sharing tools, cTrader Invite is the essential toolkit for brokers and IBs looking to future-proof their referral programs.
