Liquidity provider B2PRIME has continued its sales team expansion drive by hiring Aaron Brown as Managing Executive in its Dubai office.
Brown joins the firm from rival liquidity provider iSAM Securities, where he spent the last two and a half years as Sales Director in Dubai.
Brown began his career almost two decades ago at the London Metal Exchange, first as a market operations executive and later as a trader’s clerk with Societe Generale.
He moved into broking at Prime Markets in 2011 before taking on sales roles at Gallant Capital Markets and FXCM, where he spent close to five years covering both retail and institutional clients.
From there, Brown held a string of senior institutional sales roles at Global Market Index, Finalto, ADSS, and INFINOX, where he was head of institutional sales for MENA.
B2PRIME has been in hiring mode over the past year as it looks to expand its global client base. Alongside Brown, the firm has recently brought in Stuart Brock, Lee Goldfarb, and fellow iSAM exec James Wale, all of whom will be based in London.
The company also hired Fernando Wladdimiro as Regional Team Lead for the UK, US, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Wladdimiro joined from State Street and has worked on investment bank FX desks for 20 years.
