The brokerage group which operates VantoFX announced on Wednesday that its sister company V Global Markets has secured approval from the Seychelles Financial Authority (FSA) to operate as a securities dealer.

The company said that securing the license fits with its overall goal of building a well-regulated, transparent business, which can offer secure trading conditions to its growing base of traders globally.

“Our focus has always been on long-term credibility, not short-term convenience,” said group Founder and CEO Arthur Kbejan.

“Earning the trust of regulators and clients alike requires patience, structure, and integrity. This license is a testament to that approach – it validates the standards we’ve been working toward for years.”

Initially, V Global Markets will not onboard clients directly. While the Seychelles entity completes its final operational and compliance preparations, the group will continue to operate through the VantoFX brand under its Saint Lucia registration. This ensures continuity for existing clients and partners while maintaining the same standards of transparency and service excellence.

VantoFX was launched last year and has been slowly expanding since. Kbejan launched the broker with Piotr Niemidomski.

The pair have both worked in the online trading industry for about two decades, with prior experience at firms like Tickmill, MultiBank, and oneZero.
