United Fintech, a fintech infrastructure company serving financial institutions, asset managers and wealth managers, has accepted a minority investment from Dansk Vækstkapital (Danish Growth Capital), an investment fund strategy under Danske Private Equity and Danske Bank Asset Management.
The investment makes Dansk Vækstkapital the sixth institutional investor in United Fintech.
It comes after Barclays recently joined the company’s investor group, which also includes BNP Paribas, Citi, Danske Bank and Standard Chartered.
The funding comes as United Fintech continues to expand its business and product offering. In 2025, the company completed two acquisitions, bringing its portfolio to seven fintech businesses.
The expanded platform spans solutions across commercial banking, capital markets, and wealth and asset management, with a focus on shared infrastructure and single-point access for institutional clients.
United Fintech has also increased its international footprint over the past year.
The company now operates 11 offices globally and employs more than 200 people. According to the company, the new investment will be used to support further international expansion and product development.
Mikael Deigaard, Partner at Dansk Vækstkapital, said the company’s platform and growth trajectory were central to the decision to invest.
“United Fintech is creating a scalable platform that enables large financial institutions to adopt new technology while helping technology founders scale their products,” he said, adding that the firm sees the investment as aligned with its strategy.
Christian Frahm, founder and chief executive of United Fintech, said the investment strengthens the company’s investor base.
“Bringing Dansk Vækstkapital onto our cap table broadens our institutional ownership with investors who share our long-term perspective,” he said. “The combination of strategic bank investors and institutional capital supports our continued global scaling as financial institutions increase their adoption of new technologies, including AI.”
Founded in 2020, United Fintech operates an industry-neutral ecosystem that connects financial institutions with fintech providers through acquisitions and shared infrastructure.
Dansk Vækstkapital, established in 2011, focuses on investments in venture and buyout funds as well as direct minority investments, primarily in the Nordic region.
