FPFX Tech has acquired BR Management Group LLC, the parent company of BullRush Entertainment, in a move aimed at expanding gamification and competition-based features within its retail prop trading platform.

The acquisition brings BullRush’s gamified trading technology into FPFX Tech’s prop firm infrastructure.

BullRush is known for its competition-based trading framework, simulated environments, and user experience focused on engagement and performance tracking.

FPFX Tech said the deal supports its strategy to provide proprietary trading firms with tools for trader acquisition, training, and retention.

BullRush’s technology includes skill-based trading and sports competitions, real-time leaderboards, analytics, and dynamic reward systems designed to encourage repeat participation and longer-term trader development.

“BullRush has developed the most compelling gamified trading ecosystems in the market,” said Justin Hertzberg, chief executive of FPFX Tech.

“By bringing their technology and vision into FPFX Tech, we’re accelerating our ability to deliver innovative, competition-driven experiences that help prop firms stand out, scale faster, and build stronger trader communities.”

BullRush’s gamification engine and competition tools will be integrated into FPFX Tech’s existing proprietary trading platform.

According to FPFX Tech, partner firms will be able to launch customizable competitions and onboarding challenges alongside more traditional evaluation and funded account models.

FPFX Tech said the combined platform will allow prop firms to embed gamified competitions directly into their ecosystems, use skill-based challenges to improve trader engagement, and access deeper analytics on trader behaviour and performance.

The company also emphasized scalability for firms operating across multiple regions.

“This acquisition represents more than just technology. It’s shaping the future of prop trading,” Hertzberg added.

“Gamification, simulation, and community are becoming essential components of successful prop firms, and BullRush gives us a proven framework to lead the way.”

BullRush will continue operating during the transition period while its technology and intellectual property are gradually integrated into FPFX Tech’s platform. The companies said additional product announcements are expected in the coming months.

FPFX Tech provides technology and infrastructure for proprietary trading firms offering access to capital across foreign exchange, cryptocurrency, and futures markets.

BullRush focuses on trader engagement through competitions, simulations, and skill-based challenges designed to support disciplined trading behavior.
