RegTech entrepreneur Paul Ford has joined Danish compliance platform Muinmos as an investor and board advisor, the company said on Wednesday.
Ford was founder and CEO of Acin, a London-headquartered RegTech and AI operational risk provider for financial services firms. He led the business for eight years before selling it to CUBE, an Hg portfolio company, in 2025.
Muinmos said it is seeing increased interest in its orchestrated AI agents for KYC, KYB, client classification, risk assessment and lifecycle management. The company combines identity checks, entity verification, classification and ongoing due diligence in a single onboarding workflow.
“The focus now is firmly on execution and scaling and, having been through a similar growth journey myself, I look forward to providing guidance and support as Muinmos continues to expand,” said Paul Ford.
Before founding Acin, Ford held COO roles at Barclays Wealth and Credit Suisse, and was a director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he built an e-trading and post-trade processing platform.
Chartis Research has named Muinmos a Category Leader in client lifecycle management solutions for five consecutive years, according to the company.
