London-listed broker CMC Markets PLC disclosed a change to its board on Thursday through a regulatory filing on the London Stock Exchange.

The RNS, titled “Directorate change,” was flagged at 07:26, but the extract available does not identify which director or directors were involved, or whether the action was an appointment, resignation, or another board adjustment.

The filing follows a series of governance moves at the UK trading firm. In November 2025, CMC Markets appointed Stuart Manning as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of its Group Audit Committee. In February 2025, Albert Soleiman stepped down as a director and CFO with immediate effect.

CMC Markets said in its FY25 annual report that it had “strengthened and refreshed” its management team through key senior hires.

The group has also been expanding its commercial footprint, announcing partnerships with Revolut and ASB Bank, launching 24/7 crypto trading, and establishing a Treasury Management and Capital Markets Division.
