Nasdaq-listed Nocera, Inc. (NCRA) said on Tuesday it has acquired a minority equity stake in CampaignPulse.ai, an early-stage artificial intelligence company developing simulation-driven campaign intelligence and predictive analytics tools.

CampaignPulse.ai is building a platform designed to let organizations test messaging, communications strategies, and likely audience reactions in simulated environments before real-world deployment.

The company says it plans to use large language models to model engagement patterns and strategic outcomes, with applications across public affairs, advocacy, fundraising, and stakeholder communications.

Nocera said the investment gives it exposure to AI campaign analytics. Financial terms and stake size were not disclosed.

CampaignPulse.ai’s release noted the company is early-stage, with no assurance its planned products will be successfully developed or commercialized.

“Our goal is to build an intelligent platform capable of helping organizations better understand how audiences may respond to messaging, campaigns, and strategic initiatives before significant resources are deployed,” said Ash Wright, President of CampaignPulse.ai.

The deal is the latest in a sequence of AI-related moves by Nocera as it transitions into Nocera Holdings, a diversified technology platform targeting AI, digital infrastructure, robotics, biotech, blockchain, and digital assets. Earlier this month, the company announced a venture platform agreement with U.S.-based Digital Innovations Group as part of the same strategy.
