ATFX adds MetaTrader 5 for clients globally

Retail brokerage group ATFX announced on Monday that it has added MetaTrader 5 to its tech stack for clients globally.

Prior to this update, ATFX offered MetaTrader 4. The update means that clients can now trade on either platform, depending on their preference.

ATFX has taken a number of steps lately to upgrade its offering, including via the acquisition of several licenses and hiring a large number of senior executives from the trading industry.

That includes appointing FXCM founder Drew Niv as Chief Strategy Officer, Siju Daniel as Chief Commercial Officer, and long-time institutional executive Hormoz Faryar in their Dubai office.

“[Adding MT5] not only underscores ATFX’s unwavering commitment to continually upgrading its customer service quality but also marks a significant leap forward in the brand’s mission to create an exceptional trading environment for investors worldwide,” said ATFX in a statement.
