Centroid Solutions integrates Risk Engine with DXtrade

Bridge and risk management technology provider Centroid Solutions announced on Wednesday that it has integrated the Centroid Risk Engine with DXtrade, an OTC trading platform developed by technology firm Devexperts.

“Through this new integration with Centroid, our brokers will now have access to a wealth of information that allows them to better mitigate against and manage potential risk,” said Jon Light, Head of OTC Platform and Devexperts. “Providing access to Centroid Risk services equips our brokers to make more informed decisions, and grow their businesses safely and effectively.”

Centroid Risk Engine is a risk management tool for brokers that Centroid Solutions has developed. The Risk Engine allows brokers to aggregate all their trade flow and then analyse it in real time. The solution then provides risk alerts and analytics to the end user, who can use it to improve the dealing desk’s PnL.

Centroid Solutions first partnered with Devexperts in 2021, with the Centroid Bridge being integrated into the DXtrade platform. Centroid Bridge, as its name suggests, is Centroid’s bridge solution and provides connectivity to more than 250 market makers.

The new integration means companies using Devexperts’ trading platform can not only access those market makers’ pricing and liquidity, they can also use the risk engine to analyse flow and create a more robust risk management strategy for their business.

“This integration of DXtrade into Centroid Risk marks a significant advancement in empowering brokers with tools that go beyond just liquidity access to include robust risk management capabilities,” said Centroid Solutions CEO, Cristian Vlasceanu.

“By seamlessly integrating DXtrade into our comprehensive risk management system, we enable brokers to gain deeper insights into their operations, optimize decision-making, and better manage risk.” He added, “This collaboration reinforces our commitment to deepening our partnership with DXtrade, driving innovation and delivering enhanced value to our clients.”
