Brokerage executive Lee Shmuel Goldfarb has joined the liquidity provider B2PRIME.
Goldfarb will work as an Executive Sales Trader and be responsible for bringing in new business and account management.
He joins the company from Edgewater Markets, a liquidity provider for FX and metals products.
During his time at the firm, Goldfarb was responsible for sales and account management. He worked with a range of market participants, including prop trading firms and hedge funds, with a particular focus on emerging markets.
Prior to working for Edgwater Markets, Goldfarb spent three years at FX transfers and trading business Currencies Direct. He headed up the company’s shekel desk during his time at the company and was also responsible for driving new business in Israel.

Goldfarb is the second key hire that B2PRIME has made over the last month.
At the end of April, the company announced it had hired former State Street exec Fernando Wladdimiro as Regional Leader for the UK, EMEA, and USA. He will also be a Senior Business Development Manager for the Oceania region.
