Romanian broker Investimental has expanded its product offering to include European Union (EU) equities, via a partnership extension with trading technology provider Devexperts.
The move allows Investimental’s retail clients to trade stocks listed on major EU exchanges such as Germany’s Xetra and France’s Euronext Paris, in addition to existing access to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and US markets.
The rollout, facilitated through Devexperts’ DXtrade platform, comes a year after Investimental integrated US stocks to its offering. The firm also offered access to the local Romanian stock market too.
“This is a natural next step in our mission to make investing more accessible and rewarding for Romanian traders,” said Adrian Ciocan, Chief Technology Officer at Investimental. “The flexibility of DXtrade allows us to serve both newcomers and experienced investors with a seamless trading experience.”
DXtrade, Devexperts’ multi-asset trading platform, provides features including whole and fractional share trading, real-time quotes, alerts, and customizable interfaces. The platform also includes a heatmap feature for market trend analysis and a web-based broker console offering real-time monitoring of client positions and risk metrics.
“Investimental now offers a complete regional market access solution for Romanian investors,” said Vitaly Kudinov, Senior Vice President at Devexperts. “Our collaboration has grown steadily, and we’re proud to support them in this next phase.”
EU equity trading is available immediately to Investimental clients via both web and mobile versions of the DXtrade platform.
Investimental is the first Romanian broker in over 15 years to be licensed for trading on the BVB and is one of the country’s fastest-growing retail investment platforms.
