Retail broker Blackbull Markets has hired Vikeshkumar Purohit as its new Head of Sales.
Purohit will be based in London for his new role.
The new Blackbull Markets exec was most recently at ActivTrades, where he spent over five years.
He was initially a Senior Account Manager at the company but went on to become Head of UK and DACH Markets for the broker.
Purohit started his career in the online trading industry over a decade ago, working on the German-speaking desk at IG Group.
He went on to have nearly three year-long stint at ActivTrades, before moving to London Capital Group.
After working at London Capital Group for just over a year, Purohit had a short stint at ATFX, prior to the brokerage group shuttering UK retail operations as it switched to focus on institutional business.
Blackbull Markets has licences in the Seychelles and New Zealand.
The company is operated by Auckland-based entrepreneur Michael Walker, who co-founded the company back in 2014.
