Brokerage group eToro has become the Title Partner for the Stocktwits Cashtag Awards 2025.

Stocktwits is a news and social media-type website focused on investing and trading for retail clients.

The bulk of the site’s traffic comes from the US but it also has a sizeable presence in Europe and Asia.

Users on the website can share thoughts in a feed that is not too dissimilar from X. The site also publishes newsletters, regular news, and has investment analysis tools.

The Cashtag Awards are being held in New York on April 30th and are to reward different individuals and companies from across the investing industry.

Companies in the running to receive awards include TradingView, eToro, and Bloomberg.

eToro’s sponsorship of the event is probably an attempt to bolster its presence over in the US.

The broker launched in the country back in 2020. Initially it only offered stock trading but it has expanded into offering options and crypto as well.

eToro is also set to hold an initial public offering in the US later this year, with reports suggesting it is seeking a valuation in excess of $5bn.
