The UK arm of brokerage group Pepperstone published financial statements for its 2025 financial year on Monday morning.

Pepperstone UK’s financial year ends at the close of June, so these results are from the 12 months to June 30th 2025.

Revenue derived from UK client trading activity came in at slightly over £15.0m. However, the company also generated income from another Pepperstone-entity and interest on cash, which generated an additional £22.9m for the company.

Net income was just under £18.0m as a result.

Total dividends of £8.5m were paid on the back of that, with the highest-paid company director also receiving £699,938.

Pepperstone UK employed 27 people in the year. Total salary costs were £4,159,353, meaning the average wage at the broker was £154,000. That does not take into account social security and pension costs, which would increase the average wage bill to approximately £176,000.

Pepperstone also won a case with the financial ombudsman last year, which could have cost the broker up to £300,000. Brokers regularly face cases like this, where clients lose money and then make frivolous claims to the ombudsman, in order to try and recoup some of their lost funds.
