Investor social platform Stocktwits launched dedicated private market pages on Monday across web and mobile, powered by NPM Price data from Nasdaq Private Market and embedded Polymarket prediction market modules.
The new symbol pages surface NPM Price, company firmographics, capitalization details, primary round financings, 409a/FMV valuations, and mutual fund marks where available, according to a joint announcement. Stocktwits said the rollout gives its 10 million registered users access to private-company data in the symbol-page format they already use for public names.
On select high-interest pages, Polymarket modules let users view prediction markets tied to IPO timing, valuation outcomes, and fundraising milestones. Additional Polymarket coverage will expand through 2026.
“NPM Price has become an industry standard for private company pricing, and partnering with Stocktwits gives that transparency to millions of retail investors for the first time,” said Rodolfo Sanchez, Vice President of Data at Nasdaq Private Market.
Each page displaying NPM data includes a call-to-action linking to Nasdaq Private Market for users seeking private-company investment opportunities.
The launch follows Polymarket’s May rollout of private-company event markets using Nasdaq Private Market resolution data. Nasdaq Private Market has executed nearly $80 billion in secondary liquidity across more than 1,000 company-sponsored programs.
