Brokerage executive Thadeu dos Santos has joined retail broker INFINOX as Regional Director.

Santos made the move from rival firm Hantec Markets. He was at Hantec for almost five years, having joined the broker in 2020.

Santos worked as Head of Client Relations and Business Development at Hantec.

Prior to moving to the firm, he worked at several different companies in Brazil that are outside of the retail broker industry.

It is likely that he will be focusing on that country when he joins INFINOX.

The UK-headquartered broker has an FCA license but does not take retail clients through it.

Via its other entities, the company appears to be targeting ASEAN and Latin America, with Brazil and Colombia being the main markets in the latter region.

Several executives have moved between Hantec and INFINOX over the last few years. For example, Rajan Naik joined Hantec from the broker in June to become Global Head of Marketing.
