Brokerage group Vantage sent a note to UK customers on Monday, saying that it will stop offering PAMM next month.
In an email to customers, the company said that the service will no longer be offered to clients after 13th May. Accounts will not be able to open new trades from 28th April.
“On Termination Date, the PAMM service will be formally terminated. Any remaining open positions will be automatically liquidated at prevailing market prices,” the broker’s email says.
“Following the Termination Date, any remaining funds will be returned to your trading account balance and made available for withdrawal or further trading outside the PAMM structure.”
Why the wind-down has taken place is unclear.
Vantage as a group is one of the most aggressive marketers of copy trading, signals, and other IB-driven business in the UK.
The company was likely behind the appearance of the MetaTrader platform in Louis Theroux’s recent ‘Manosphere’ documentary.
Vantage was also the broker facilitating signals-based trading for the son of political activist Tommy Robinson, who has a trading influencer account on Instagram.
