A new Free Forex Sales Specialist Training Program is set to be launched in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in collaboration with FXCareers Dubai.
The programme is being established and led by Ialit Matta, Chief Operating Officer of forex broker YaMarkets and founder of white-label forex broker firm YaPrime.
Matta said it is aimed at developing new talent and addressing ongoing workforce challenges, producing “skilled, ethical, and long-term professionals” for the local forex broker sector.
The programme is designed for individuals without prior CFD or forex industry experience.
Matta invited other brokers located in the region to support the initiative.
The launch comes as Dubai has seen a rapid increase in the number of forex brokers over the past two years.
“Are we really growing as an industry?” Matta asked in a LinkedIn post announcing the Free Forex Sales Specialist Training Program.
He cited high employee turnover, inconsistent performance, and rising fixed salary costs across the sector, as being drags on sustainable growth in the sector.
According to Matta, intense competition for a limited pool of experienced sales professionals has led to frequent job changes and a lack of long-term stability within sales teams.
“In most cases, the same clients are simply moving from one broker to another. This is not true growth,” he said.
The newly launched training program is positioned as a response to these challenges by focusing on talent creation rather than recruitment.
“The real solution is not fighting for the same talent, but creating new talent,” Matta said.
“I strongly believe we should give opportunities to non-CFD / non-forex professionals and train them the right way.
“If we want stability, performance, and real growth, we must invest in people—not just salaries.”
FXCareers Dubai is part of the FXCareers Global network and accredited by the government of Dubai. It currently offers a course in forex trading.
