Exchange operator Cboe has made Alex Dalley its new Head of European Cash Equities.

Dalley was based in the Netherlands for the last two years, working as Cboe’s country head in Amsterdam.

Prior to that he was working as Co-Head of Sales for European Equities.

Dalley has been with Cboe since the exchange operator acquired BATS Global Markets in 2017. Before the acquisition, he had worked at BATS for just under a decade.

Cboe offers access to European equities via exchanges set up in the UK and the Netherlands.

The company controls the largest share, by trading volume, of the pan-European equities market.
