OTC Markets Group named Thomas Fasano as SVP, Head of Broker-Dealer Sales on Monday, the company said.
Fasano joins from Citi, where he held senior roles in equity and options market structure, wholesale market making, retail order routing and execution, and broker-dealer relationship management.
He will oversee broker-dealer and market maker relationships across OTC Markets’ OTC Link Alternative Trading Systems, including MOON ATS and OTC Overnight.
“As we expand overnight trading access through MOON ATS® and OTC Overnight®, and as more broker-dealers connect to our platforms, having a senior sales leader with deep relationships is critical to what we are building,” said Cromwell Coulson, President and CEO of OTC Markets Group.
Fasano has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Security Traders Association of New York (STANY) and holds multiple FINRA supervisory and product licenses.
The hire comes as OTC Markets builds out its overnight trading infrastructure. MOON ATS, which launched in late 2024, produced $13.5 billion in volume during Q1 2026. OTC Link revenue grew 17% in 2025, and the platform’s unique broker-dealer subscriber count rose to 145 from 141 the prior year.
