CRM solutions provider FXBO announced on Friday that it has integrated with Brokeree’s Social Trading offering for cTrader.
The partnership means that brokers using cTrader can launch the full suite of copy trading services within a few hours.
Brokeree is a technology provider and its social trading product for cTrader allows brokers using the platform to offer copy trading to end clients and also have a set of analytics tools at their disposal.
The integration with FXBO enhances that offering by allowing firms to automate different client interactions with the social trading product and get much more granular detail about client trading activity.
For example, if a client hits a specific drawdown level using copy trading, FXBO’s technology can automatically send that client a message to inform them about what has happened and provide possible recommendations as to what they can do next.
Aside from this, the FXBO integration means that brokers can see all of their client copy trading data in one portal. This allows them to examine client trading activity and behaviour, information which can in turn be used to improve sales and marketing efforts.
