Brokerage group Swissquote has been added to the TradingView platform.
The integration with the trading charts and technology provider means that Swissquote clients can now use TradingView to trade directly with the broker. Traders do not have to leave the TradingView platform to do this.
Swissquote currently offers CFDs on more than 400 instruments, across commodities, indices, crypto, FX, and equities.
Clients in the European Union can access leverage up to 30:1, while global clients can get up to 100:1 with the Swiss-based company.
“We welcome Swissquote to our trading ecosystem,” said TradingView in a press release. “This integration brings professional-grade Forex and CFD trading to a global audience — all accessible directly from the TradingView charts. It’s another step forward in offering a wider selection of trusted, regulated brokers.”
TradingView continues to grow
The addition of Swissquote is another sign of the dominance that TradingView has in the online trading industry.
With the company’s charting tools becoming so popular among traders, it has become almost a ‘de facto’ option for brokers to have a strong association with the company, whether that’s via a broker listing or some other branding effort.
We have seen this play out in different ways. For example, Eightcap has completely removed other platforms for its UK entity, meaning a client signing up with the firm can only trade with the broker via TradingView.
Other companies have tried other branding efforts. For example, Pepperstone recently sponsored a trading tournament, which took place on the platform.
