Regulatory reporting tech provider TRAction said on Wednesday that it has onboarded with asset management firm Shenkman Capital.
“Shenkman Capital is pleased to collaborate with TRAction, utilising their expertise in regulatory technology to meet its trade reporting requirements,” said Daniel Mangiero, Shenkman’s Chief Operating Officer.
“By working alongside industry experts to support its middle- and back-office, Shenkman Capital can maintain its focus on investing and providing exceptional credit solutions to its clients.”
Based in the US, Shenkman Capital specialises in credit markets, investing in different asset classes, including high-yield bonds, convertibles, and short duration bonds.
The company offers investors access to its strategies via mutual funds and UCITs funds.
In a statement, TRAction said the asset manager will use its technology for derivatives trade reporting requirements imposed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
“With the support of TRAction’s services, the collaboration will enable Shenkman Capital to allocate more resources towards their services, whilst seamlessly maintaining compliance under the ASIC reporting regime,” said Quinn Perrott, co-CEO at TRAction.
