London-based retail broker Trade Nation announced on Thursday that it has appointed Kypros Zoumidou as its new Managing Director.

Zoumidou will be linking up with former colleague Jon Noble, who joined Trade Nation earlier this year as CEO.

“We have some ambitious strategic plans to develop Trade Nation and having Kyp on board will really help us move the business to the next level,” said Noble.

Noble previously spent over two decades at IG Group, where he was Chief Operating Officer. Zoumidou also worked at the broker for over ten years. He left in 2021 to join rival broker Capital.com, where he was Group CEO.

“Having the opportunity to work with the Trade Nation team and in particular as it is headed by Jon Noble is a very exciting prospect,” said Zoumidou. “Having spent time getting to know the team and understand the ambition and opportunity within the business has allowed me to find a good cultural match.”
