Exclusive: Capital.com UK CEO steps down

TradeInformer understands that Kypros Zoumidou has stepped down from his role as UK CEO of retail broker Capital.com. He will remain the broker’s Global CEO.

Zoumidou took up the position in the second half of last year, filling the role in place of outgoing CEO Peter Hetherington.

Prior to taking up that position, Zoumidou was UK MD for the broker, before becoming the firm’s chief commercial officer.

Zoumidou spent over a decade at IG Group prior to joining Capital.com and was one of a large number of senior executives to move from the UK-listed firm to Capital.
