Michael O’Sullivan has joined Dubai-headquartered CFI Financial Group as Senior Technology Advisor.
O’Sullivan joined the firm in October, according to his LinkedIn profile, prior to which he was Chief Technology Officer at Hantec Markets.
In his new role at CFI Financial, he advises the CEO and executive leadership supporting the strengthening of technology operations across the regions the company operates in.
He focuses on incident management, change governance, and service coordination as well as embedding auditable processes into live workflows.
O’Sullivan previously worked at Hantec Markets for nearly two years, joining as CTO of the broker as well as retail prop firm Hantec Trader in July 2023.
He was formerly CTO at broker IFINOX, where he worked since the start of 2021 and delivered the company’s multi-asset trading platform.
Earlier today, CFI Financial announced a series of in-person seminars scheduled to take place across the Middle East in January 2026.
According to the company, the events are designed to provide educational content, professional development opportunities, and networking sessions for participants.
