ATFX continues hiring spree, appoints Siju Daniel as CCO

ATFX has announced that Siju Daniel has joined the company as Chief Commercial Officer.

Daniel will primarily focus on the brokerage group’s retail offering. TradeInformer understands that he will be responsible for developing strategies to drive revenue growth in existing markets, as well as expanding ATFX’s reach into new jurisdictions.

“We are delighted to welcome Siju Daniel to the ATFX team as our Chief Commercial Officer,” said ATFX Chairman Joe Li. “With his impressive track record and extensive knowledge in the financial services industry, Siju will play a vital role in driving our global growth strategy.”

Daniel brings a wealth of experience to the role. He spent over 15 years at broker FXCM, where he was ultimately the company’s Chief Commercial Officer.

“Joining ATFX is an exhilarating opportunity to combine my passion for innovation with a dynamic global platform,” said Daniel. “I’m thrilled to embark on this journey, leveraging ATFX’s strong foundation to drive unparalleled growth and client success in the ever-evolving financial landscape.”

ATFX hiring spree

Daniel’s appointment is also the latest in a string of high profile appointments made by ATFX over the last six months.

That included the appointment of Hormoz Faryar as Managing Director for the group’s MENA entity. Faryar is based in Dubai and has over two decades of experience in the FX industry, including stints at US firm State Street and ADS Securities.

Joining Faryar in the Dubai office is Aditya Singh, who also recently joined ATFX as the company’s Business Development Director. Singh has held senior positions at several major brands, including FXCM and Findoc.

Another key hire for ATFX was the appointment of Drew Niv, the Founder of FXCM, as Chief Strategic Officer. The group has also attracted significant talent in other key regional hubs, including South Africa and Australia.

ATFX also recently announced the internal promotion of Ergen Erdemir to be Head of LATAM. Erdemir was Head of Marketing for ATFX for over five years prior to that and TradeInformer understands that he has been key in driving the group’s expansion into LATAM during that time.
