CMC Markets plc published its annual financial report and notice of annual general meeting on Tuesday via the London Stock Exchange, covering the year ended 31 March 2026.

The audited statutory accounts and AGM materials are now available to shareholders through the company’s investor channels and the National Storage Mechanism.

The filing follows CMC’s preliminary FY2026 results on 4 June, which were unaudited at that stage. The company said at the time it expected to publish the audited Annual Report and Accounts no later than 19 June, a deadline it has now met with three days to spare.

Those preliminary results showed net operating income of £392.6 million, up 15% year on year, and profit before tax of £101.3 million, up 20%. The board proposed a final dividend of 8.3p per share, bringing the full-year payout to 13.8p. The final dividend is due on 14 August 2026 for holders on the register at close of business on 10 July, subject to AGM approval.

The AGM is scheduled for 24 July 2026. CMC continues to progress its Australian stockbroking partnerships with Westpac and ASB Bank, both on track for launch within 12 months.
