Ex-Trive CEO launches new broker, prop firm

The former CEO of Trive International has set up a new technology company that operates a broker brand.

Vladimir Syrov says he has co-founded the company, which is called Zeholding.

The company is – as its name suggests – a holding entity that appears to operate several different brands.

One of these is a brokerage business called Zetradex. In addition, the firm operates a funded trader company called Zefundex.

The company also owns a technology business called Zetrader, which seems to be acting as a software provider for other brands.

Although group entities are not new, they were historically used to run local broker entities. Over the past few years, more firms have been registering software development companies as well.

This is often to do with payments and regulations, as the software provision firm can often be set up and registered in a region where it might not otherwise be possible and with way fewer regulatory problems.
