The FCA-regulated arm of London Capital Group has rebranded and relaunched its website, reflecting the changes that have taken place at the business over the last couple of years.
The company’s UK entity came under new management at the end of 2022, with ex-IG Group and CMC Markets executive Matt Basi acting as Managing Director and Dave Worsfold, CMC’s former Head of Operations, now Chief Executive Officer.
Since then the company has switched to an introducing broker model, with no client funds held or any dealing desk functions in-house.
The goal of the new company appears to be to provide a high touch service to more sophisticated, higher value clients.
Aside from one compliance executive, all the staff at the firm have at least two decades of industry experience behind them.
The company has also separated itself from prior owner Flowbank, a Swiss company operated by Charles Sabet.
That entity went into administration last year, which also led to it ceasing to operate via its offshore entity in the Bahamas.
