Pepperstone has appointed trading industry executive Reed Sayer as Head of UK, the broker announced on Friday.
The London-based role gives Sayer responsibility for commercial growth, client relationships and expanding Pepperstone’s footprint across the UK market.
Sayer came across from X-Trade Brokers (XTB), after more than ten years there, most recently in the role of Head of UK Sales.
Marc Boever, Head of EMEA at Pepperstone, said the hire reflects the company’s focus on the UK as a priority jurisdiction.
“He brings serious commercial experience, strong credibility in the UK market and a leadership style that will have a real impact, both for our clients and our team,” Boever said. “The UK is a key market for us, and we’re confident Reed will help us build on the momentum we’ve created.”
Pepperstone said its UK business was recently named leader in six service categories by the Investment Trends Leveraged Trading Report 2026, including first place for value for money and spreads.
The group operates from 12 offices worldwide and says it serves more than 830,000 traders globally.
