Monaxa to launch prop trading

Retail broker Monaxa is planning a prop trading product.

The company’s CEO Chris Trikomitis made the announcement on social media on Thursday.

Monaxa has had the plans in the works for some time. TradeInformer first reported that the company was launching a prop offering last November.

Monaxa offers a regular trading account, as well as copy trading.

The comany has entities in Anguilla and Mauritius, where it has an investment dealer license.

Props are becoming an increasingly popular offering for brokers. IC Markets, Axi, and OANDA have all launched a prop-type offering. Taurex also announced the launch of its prop earlier this month.
