Exinity trading executive Marianna Konstantinidi is set to join the London office of retail broker Pepperstone.
Konstantinidi has been with Exinity, which operates FXTM and Alpari, for just over three years.
She initially joined the company as a trader and was promoted twice, ultimately becoming Trading Manager at the firm.
Prior to working at Exinity, Konstantinidi spent almost two years working at Valutrades as an FX Operations Associate.
It is likely that Konstantinidi has been hired in part to replace Chris Drummond, who recently left Pepperstone after almost a decade. He had been Head of Market Risk for the EMEA region and joined LMAX as Head of Broker Liquidity.
Exinity has also been downsizing its London office over the last 12 months.
A number of senior employees across different teams have left the broker in that time, including Chief Operating Officer Matthew Wright and several marketing executives.
